We pray all is well with you and your families and that you are getting a chance to enjoy the summer weather. We are currently in our rainy season so we are enjoying some cooler days. We’ve been busy these last several months and are always excited to share with you what God is doing in Nicaragua. We do thank you for taking the time to read our updates.
UNAN University
After a couple of years of not being able to attend the university in person, we are finally able to help with classes. This semester we are helping the students studying Tourism with their English. We are so excited to be back!
Discipleship
We always look forward to our time with these young men. They are eager to learn more about God’s Word so they can share it with others.
Study Bibles
A big part of our ministry is providing resources. It is always a privilege to be able to give a Study Bible to friends God brings into our life.

Along with providing resources for Pastor Cesar and his church, Iglesia Manahaim Bautista, the donations we received allowed us to purchase new glasses for him and his wife. Pastor Cesar has such a heart for his people. It is a privilege to help in areas that enable him to better serve his congregation.
Visit from Billy, Donna, Jubilee, and Sarah
It was so nice having Billy and Donna Hires, along with Sarah and Jubilee, visit all the Missionary Ventures missionaries in Matagalpa and participate with us in each of our ministries. They were a great blessing to the people we’ve been called to serve and a huge encouragement to each of us!
Meeting with Pastors and Church Leaders
Our goal is to visit each of the communities and churches we partner with at least once a month. Preparation for teams requires more than this. We enjoyed all the extra time spent with each one as we planned to meet their specific needs. We always pray for God to get the glory!
Chilhowee Hills Mission Team from Knoxville, TN
It has been 5 years since we’ve hosted a mission team from Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church out of Knoxville, TN. We were so excited to have them back ministering to the communities we serve. They were able to teach in 8 communities in 7 days. They were such a blessing! We love partnering with them in ministry!
Servex English Academy
Ángel, a Sunday Bible Study regular, invited us to speak at Servex English Academy, where he teaches. This was a great opportunity for us to meet people and help with their English. They were very interested in why we are here and three of them have started attending our Sunday Bible study. What a blessing!
